RESPECT FOR INDIGENOUS COMMUNITIES
As a company we recognize and respect the rights of indigenous people, committed to caring for and maintaining their culture, identity, traditions and customs. We will foster cultural sensitivity within the company and with collaborating companies. We also recognize and respect the sites, structures and all kinds of objects that are part of our communities worldview and traditions.

We will responsibly analyze the various factors (social, economic, political, and environmental) that allow us to improve our relationship processes constantly.
At the same time, we will work diligently to identify our risks, control them and follow up as necessary. This process enables better management of socio-environmental impacts and risks, always seeking to contribute to social value.
We will maximize our assets based on clearly and timely identifying social needs. We will work with the Communities to create Community Development Plans (PDC) that allow us to invest existing resources adequately.
