Respecting human rights and contributing to their fulfillment is relevant to the responsible operation of our company. Therefore, we align ourselves with the Human Rights guidelines, taking into account the Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights of the United Nations (UN) and the Social Policy of the International Labor Organization (ILO).

 

These guidelines establish the protection of human rights by States, respect by companies, and the need for mechanisms to deal with claims and thus achieve prompt solutions.

We are committed to gender equality in our business. For this reason, our management contemplates procedures and practices to reduce gender gaps, incorporating initiatives and measures that favor conciliation and co-responsibility in our organization.
