FOCUSED ON OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH 

Fenix ​​Gold defines its Occupational Health and Safety strategy based on Chile's regulatory framework:

 

• Law 16 744 - which establishes rules on work accidents and occupational diseases. 

• Law 19 300 - which approves the law on general environmental bases 

 

In conjunction with these laws, we constantly share our Internal Order, Hygiene, and Safety Regulations with the entire organization and follow all the guidelines established in the MINSAL (Health Ministry) Protocols. 

 

We are committed to achieving high occupational health and safety standards in our operations regarding all processes applicable to our workers, contractors, and visitors.
